Factory-directBuilt to your approved specification

A factory partner for brands that need more than a generic catalogue

A private label shoe manufacturer produces footwear sold entirely under the buyer's brand. Product design, materials, sizing, logo application, labels, packaging, and order documentation follow the agreed specification.

Handmade Shoe Factory is a B2B footwear manufacturer in Lahore, Pakistan, established in 2003. We work with startups, retailers, importers, wholesalers, and established labels seeking a direct production relationship. Each approved sample becomes the reference for bulk production.

Brands can use our guide to starting a shoe line. Buyers with a finished specification can move directly into costing and sampling.

What We Manufacture

01

Design & Development

Turn your idea into a production-ready specification

Bring a tech pack, sketch, reference image, or physical sample. We review the target customer, price, size range, materials, construction, sole, heel, trims, stitching, and branding before development starts.

Where details are missing, we help select a suitable last, refine patterns, confirm workable materials, and convert the concept into a specification the sample room can follow.

02

Sampling & Production

Approve the physical sample before bulk manufacturing

The sample establishes how the shoe should look, fit, and feel. Materials, construction, heel balance, finishing, branding, and packaging are reviewed, then revised before sign-off.

The approved sample and written specification become the bulk reference. Orders move through material inspection, cutting, stitching, lasting, sole attachment, finishing, and staged checks to protect consistency across sizes.

Private Label Shoe Manufacturing FAQs

Practical answers before you request a quote

Exact costs and timelines depend on the shoe. These answers cover the usual starting questions.

Our minimum order quantity is flexible and depends on the style, materials, sole or heel components, colors, and packaging. A design using available components may support a smaller run than one requiring custom molds or specially developed materials. Share your target quantity during quotation and we will confirm a workable minimum for the specific shoe.

Yes. We manufacture from buyer-supplied tech packs, CAD drawings, sketches, reference photographs, or physical samples. Before sampling, we review construction, materials, last shape, size range, sole, heel, trims, stitching, and branding. When a concept is incomplete, our team can translate it into a practical manufacturing specification.

A first prototype is developed after the specification and materials are confirmed, with current published guidance indicating about 10–14 days for many samples. Complex patterns, custom components, difficult sourcing, or revisions may require longer. Bulk production is quoted separately because timing depends on style complexity, volume, component lead times, and the agreed delivery schedule.

Customization can cover leather, suede, synthetic or vegan uppers, lining, insocks, reinforcements, outsoles, heels, welts, threads, zippers, buckles, eyelets, ornaments, colors, finishes, and packaging. Availability depends on order quantity and supplier minimums. We review choices against your price point, durability needs, visual direction, and destination market.

Yes. Branding may use embossing, foil stamping, printing, woven labels, insock logos, outsole marks, tongue labels, or hangtags, depending on construction. Packaging can include custom boxes, tissue, dust bags, inserts, barcode labels, and carton marks. Artwork and placement are approved during sampling so bulk production follows the same presentation standard.

Yes. NDA protection is available before you share confidential tech packs, reference products, unreleased branding, or proprietary design information. The agreement can define the parties, confidential material, permitted manufacturing use, and term. Your product is developed for your brand, and factory branding is not added unless you specifically request it.
