Certified Footwear From the Factory Floor

Safety Shoes, Built to Certification

As a safety shoes manufacturer working exclusively in private label, we build steel toe, composite toe, and ESD-rated work boots the same way we've built footwear since 2003 — hand-lasted, tested against the standard your market requires, and shipped under your brand, not ours.

Safety and work footwear manufacturing at Handmade Shoe Factory, Lahore

Most safety footwear factories sell you whatever's already on their production line. As a private label safety shoes manufacturer, we build the other way around: tell us the toe type, the standard, and the volume, and our artisans in Lahore construct the boot around it — the same discipline we've applied to men's and women's handmade footwear since 2003. Founder Zohaib Rafique has run production here for 23+ years, and the safety line follows the same rules as everything else that leaves the factory: NDA signed before a last is cut, no factory branding on the finished product, and direct factory pricing because there's no trading house sitting between your order and our workshop.

01

Type One

Steel Toe Boots, Built for Crush Hazards

Steel toe boots remain the standard request from brands serving construction, warehousing, and general industrial floors, where the main risk is something heavy landing on a foot. We build the toe cap into the last during construction rather than bolting protection on afterward, so the finished boot holds impact and compression ratings without changing the fit your customer expects from the rest of your line.

Type Two

Composite Toe, Lighter Without Cutting Corners

Composite and non-metal toe caps suit brands whose customers work around live electrical systems, metal detectors, or simply want a lighter boot in hot climates. Built from reinforced composite rather than steel, they hold comparable protection ratings while staying non-conductive and cooler underfoot — a common upgrade request once a brand's steel toe line is already selling.

03

Type Three

ESD & Electrical Hazard Rated, Built to Spec

Electrostatic-dissipative and electrical-hazard construction is a different build from the sole up, not a label added to a standard boot. We select sole compounds and lasting methods specifically for static discharge and live-circuit exposure, so the rating holds on the electronics assembly floor or cleanroom it's built for, not just on the spec sheet.

Type Four

Puncture-Resistant Boots, Built From the Sole Up

A midsole plate against sharp-object penetration is a standard request from brands serving construction, demolition, and waste-handling crews. We build the plate into the sole package at the prototyping stage, so it protects without adding the stiffness that makes a boot uncomfortable for a full shift.

05

Type Five

Waterproof & Insulated Boots, Without Losing the Fit

Membrane linings and insulated builds serve brands whose customers work outdoors, in cold storage, or in wet environments. Getting this right without producing a stiff, bulky boot is a lasting and materials problem more than a marketing one — which is where 23 years of hand-lasting experience actually shows.

Type Six

Slip-Resistant Work Shoes, Where Grip Matters Most

For food processing, hospitality, and warehouse floors, toe protection often matters less than a sole that grips on oil and wet surfaces. We build these on oil- and slip-resistant outsole compounds tested for exactly that floor condition, so the shoe holds up where a standard rubber sole would fail.

Why Brands Choose Us

Certified to Your Standard. Built to Last.

Compliance-Ready Construction

We build to the toe, sole, and puncture-resistance requirements your target market's standard calls for, and supply the documentation your customs broker will ask for.

Low, Flexible MOQ

Safety runs typically carry higher minimums elsewhere. We keep MOQs flexible for brands validating a work boot line before committing to full production.

NDA Before Production

Every private label program starts with a signed NDA. Your last shape, materials spec, and branding stay yours, never reused for another client.

10–14 Day Prototyping

From confirmed spec to a physical sample in your hands in 10–14 days, so you can test fit and protection before committing to bulk.

Direct Factory Pricing

No trading company or sourcing agent between your order and our cutting floor — you deal with the people actually lasting the boots.

750K+ Pairs, 45+ Countries

Export documentation, freight, and customs handling for safety footwear are already routine here, not a one-off learning curve for your first order.

Questions We Get a Lot

Safety Shoe Manufacturing, Answered Directly

MOQ depends on the construction, since steel toe and ESD builds carry different tooling costs than a slip-resistant work shoe. Minimums are kept flexible for first-time safety lines and quoted for your actual spec after an initial consultation.

Toe caps, soles, and puncture-resistant midsoles are built to the impact, compression, and slip-resistance classes commonly required under ASTM F2413 and EN ISO 20345 style specifications, adjusted to whichever standard your target market requires.

Yes. Electrostatic-dissipative and electrical-hazard builds use specific sole compounds and construction methods, accounted for at the prototyping stage so the finished shoe holds its rating in the field.

10–14 days from a confirmed spec to a physical sample, in line with our standard prototyping timeline. Builds with specialised soling such as ESD or puncture plates can run slightly longer, which we'll flag at the quote stage.

Yes — export QC records and compliance documentation are prepared alongside production, so your customs broker and any retail or distribution partner receive what they need without a separate back-and-forth after shipping.

Yes. The model is private label and B2B only, never co-branded. You own the design, spec, and brand; we handle the lasting, soling, and quality control.
