We run every brand through the same eight stages regardless of order size — because a founder ordering their first 200 pairs needs the same clarity as a label placing its fiftieth order. Founder Zohaib Rafique has run production here for 23+ years, and the same rules apply at every stage: an NDA signed before a last is cut, no factory branding on the finished product, and direct factory pricing because there's no trading house between your order and our workshop.

Design & Development
Send us your tech packs, sketches, or reference styles — or work with our in-house team to develop a design from scratch. We advise on lasts, materials, and construction methods suited to your target price point.
Step Three
Costing & Quotation
Based on your specifications, materials, and order volume, we prepare a detailed cost breakdown and formal quotation covering unit pricing, minimum order quantities, and estimated timelines — before you commit to anything.
Step Four
Sample Development & Approval
Our pattern makers and sample room produce a pre-production sample for your review. We refine fit, materials, and finishing through one or more rounds until the sample meets your approval — nothing moves to bulk before that.
Step Five
Order Confirmation & Deposit
Once the sample is approved, we formalize the order with a signed agreement and deposit, confirming quantities, sizing breakdowns, packaging requirements, and delivery schedule in writing.
Step Six
Bulk Production
Your order moves into full production on our factory floor, with materials sourced and cutting, stitching, lasting, and finishing carried out according to the approved sample specification — not a re-interpretation of it.
Step Seven
Quality Control & Inspection
Every batch passes through multi-stage quality checks — covering materials, construction, sizing consistency, and finishing — before approval for packaging, with pre-shipment inspection available on request.
Step Eight
Packaging, Shipping & Delivery
Finished pairs are packaged to your specification — including custom boxes, labels, and hangtags — then shipped via your preferred method, with tracking and documentation provided for customs clearance.
